“Terrible! I waited almost two weeks and the item, which was a Xmas present, and it didn’t arrive. I contacted Customer Services, and rather than arranging for another to be sent, they went ahead and refunded me, with no concern or apology.”

“Great experience, ordered two pairs 10,12 of the barrel legged cords as unsure re sizing. Size 12 too big so sent back, easy return. Kept size 10. I’m 5’6” and 63kg. Great colour easy and comfortable to wear. Love them.”

“I bought this jumper online for my daughter, the first jumper was damaged, the collar was torn and there was a large hole where the collar joins the rest of the jumper. I returned it to our local store. Unfortunately they didn’t stock this jumper, but arranged a replacement to be sent to my address. Unfortunately the second order also arrived damaged. So again I returned to the store and exchanged for a different jumper.”
