“I had a really positive experience with Oliver Bonas. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and my item arrived promptly and well-packaged. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations – it feels well-made and looks exactly as described on the website. I would definitely shop here again and would happily recommend Oliver Bonas.”

“The gin glasses were bought as a gift. The receipent was thrilled with the glasses, green being her favourite colour and gin her favourite tipple. The glasses are sturdy, a good size, eye catching colour and beautiful finish.”

“As a size 12 who often struggles to find the perfect fit for my body type, I loved every single item I tried on in the Edinburgh store. The quality of the fabrics, the airy feel, and then the elegant yet not too feminine fit of the garments - made me feel confident. Also the staff were very nice and helpful!! The colourful store overall made me happy to visit.”

“I have to say me and my wife had a terrible experience in your Kingston store. My wife paid for items with her birthday money but there was some kind of error in the transaction and it was cancelled on the till and the money still came out of her account. In the end I had to pay which was not good because I needed that money for some debts I had to pay. So basically my wife was left without money and I was was left without money. Your store staff did nothing to help and had no idea how to handle the situation. Poor customer service!”

“I normally have a walk round the store in Glasgow and just love the stock.I I ordered Space Masks on line for my granddaughters as they just love them. They were delivered when expected and no problems at all. I recommend to anyone either going in the shop in Glasgow or looking up the on line store to have no worry about their purchase.”
