“I visited the Plymouth store - the layout was perfect; beautifully laid out with pops of colour absolutely everywhere! It was easy to navigate with enough room to move around and plenty of store assistance had I needed help. The store even smelt amazing! I saw an overnight bag I wanted but needed to save up a few more pennies for it! Few week later; jumped online and made the purchase. Website also very easy to navigate. The bag arrived swiftly, was well packaged and perfect for my needs.”

“I have never shopped here before. I was at Euston station and noticed what looked and proved to be a beautiful store. I was surprised that the clothes fitted me perfectly and I ended up buying multiple things and then doing another shop online on the train home! The quality is outstanding and the service I received in store was fabulous. The assistant helped with sizes and alternatives and styling. I was made to feel special!”
