“I ordered this bag, whilst waiting for a postage update for over a week I saw it in the store. Because I was waiting for the product, I didn’t buy it but was very pleased with my purchase and excited for it to arrive. Instead of an email to let me know my parcel was ready to collect, I received an email 8 days later that the order had been refunded. I then went on to re buy the product but it was out of stock, and no longer in any of the 5 different stores I have since looked in. This was incredibly disappointing and I would have expected more from Oliver Bonas”
