“I placed an order with Ohh Deer for the first time for some art supplies & I'm very happy with the quality of the various media pads I got - I can't wait to use them! I also received a free mystery box with my order which was a pleasant surprise & put a smile on my face for the rest of the day. I look forward to ordering more products & hopefully their art subcription boxes in the future!”

We understand that you were disappointed that we were unable to replace the item, due to it being unused and new, despite the outer packaging having been opened. We are sorry also that you decided not to accept the replacement keyring that was offered to you. “Items are lovely but I ordered Express delivery with the expectation that the item would be dispatched in 1-3 days as stated on the website but it took a week to be dispatched and then only arrived 1.5 weeks after order date. This was meant to be part of a present but I expected it to get there in 7-8 days at the latest so was too late.”

Hello Anna, Thank you for your review. We're sorry that your order arrived later than expected. Due to the bank holiday weekend and the number of orders placed during the Ohh Deer sale, we were unfortunately in a position where it wasn't possible to dispatch orders as quickly as we would usually do. We sent an email to all customers who had placed an order to make them aware of this at the earliest possible time, and advised them to contact us if this delay would cause a problem. We are very sorry if this email didn't reach you. The Standard or Express delivery options refer to the estimated delivery times and not to the dispatch processing time. Though we do aim for 1-3 days dispatch as standard, this was unfortunately a time when this was not possible. The order was dispatched via an Express delivery service. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused. Thank you The Ohh Deer Team

“I still did not receive my order having placed it 3 weeks ago, considering this is a card shipment from UK to France.. I don't find this acceptable!”

Hello, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your order has still not arrived. As our customer service team member advised over email, deliveries on a standard international delivery service can, on rare occasions, take up to 30 working days to arrive. Though we are extremely sorry when this occurs, this is something that is unfortunately completely out of our control. If the order still has not arrived after 30 working days, we are then able to raise an investigation with the courier and resolve the issue with either a replacement or a refund. “Very pleased with the products, but was advised they would arrive on the Friday and they didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. Obviously didn't spoil the quality of the product, just the anticipation!”

“I a mystery bundle of greetings cards. Some were nice, but quite a lot I won’t use as they specific to relatives I don’t have i.e. sister, and also some of the jokes were dated (lockdown birthday) plus a lot of repeats of the same design. Rather disappointed.”

“I ordered the cards in good faith that they would be suitable to send, as the cards I have had recently from Ohh Deer have been lovely. I received the cards to find 3/4 of the cards are unusable due to them being rude, crude, pictures of animals with poo. Dreadful I could not send them to anyone. I used about 8 cards for birthdays which were suitable but I cannot use a good majority of them. I emailed the company and they said well it’s a mystery what you get, I asked if I could return them, the answer no as I had used about 8 of them. They could of refunded me a pound less and I would of been happy. I’m a 60 years old lady and the youth find crude, rude things funny but I don’t so they will have to go into the bin. Be careful if you are buying a mystery box. After the year I will not be signing up for the year again.”

We did advise on the product page for the bundle that the cards may contain rude humour, however we are sorry if this was not made clear enough for you before you placed your order. Though we do offer a comprehensive returns policy, it is the case that we aren't able to accept return orders that have been used or are incomplete, which is why the customer service team member advised that we would not be able to accept a return in this case. “I was surprised at the excellent quality considering the price I paid! I got stationary boxes for my girls and mother in law - the packaging was beautiful and the products thoughtful and lovely quality I also ordered 50 cards - wish I’d got the 100 bundle! The only let down was a few of them were really rude so will be going in the bin. Might be an idea to do a ‘rude’ bundle separately and save on landfill ! Overall, exceptional value.”
