“The box was delivery and looked battered. I understand it was discounted but it wasn’t nice to receive as I had wanted to pass it on as a present. Luckily, the resources were fine but it does make me wonder how other items arrive.”

“I loved the products. I had a spot of hurdle with the customs - which needed a declaration about "toxic substances" of which thee box had none. Would appreciate if next time, for a international order - there may be some support available - such as advice on how to handle customs would be great. I am loving the products.”

“Unfortunately, two mini planters which I had ordered were broken when I got my parcel. They were not wrapped that properly, I think. The customer service was really nice about it though and I was refunded immediately. Apart from that I love your cards and other papeterie! I live in Germany now, but still order from you once in a while as I don‘t find cards as funny over here.”
