“It's not the chocolate bar in the picture. Yes, you have titled the product "love you more than choccy chocolate bar" but i bought "love you more than chocolate" I hate, hate, hate the word choccy! I would never have bought it. Also the picture shows white and pink sprinkles. It looks completely different in real life.”

Hello, We're very sorry for the disappointment caused by the chocolate bar included in your order. After checking with our warehouse team it appears that sadly there has been an error with the image on our website as it should have shown the chocolate bar as blue with the wording from the bar you have received. As opposed to pink with different wording. Our web team are working on getting this information updated asap. Hello Benjamin, Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We're very sorry to hear that your card didn't arrive in time for Valentines Day. I can see that the order was placed Monday afternoon on the 7th and was shipped out the next day via the purchased standard shipping service. This service is normally around 3-5 working days but can on occasion take a little longer during busy periods. Sadly, this would be the reason the card didn't arrive in time. “The cards I received were beautiful and very good quality although they were a little smaller than I had expected, the main reason for not giving more stars is that two cards were missing from my order and when the replacement order arrived there was still one missing, very disappointing.”

I can see that a member of our team has since issued a refund for the card that didn't arrive in the replacement order. But we are also going to follow up on this further because it is well below the standards we set as a company. With regards to the cards, we do include size information in the description of all products. Nevertheless, I'm sorry you found them to be smaller than expected. The Ohh Deer Team
