“Still have not received my order. 1 week on from the expected delivery date. Contacted customer services and was told I just had to wait. The excuse was that there had been public holidays and postal strikes. The was 1 public holiday before my order was expected and 1 strike day after. I have waited 14 days from date of order and there is no delivery no tracking and no useful information or help from customer services.”

“Lovely stuff, arrived within a week, sadly the A3 print was a bit battered as the envelope it came in got folded while it was handeled by royal mail.”

“I have ordered multiple times from Ohh Dear before and everything has always been good and as expected. Unfortunately 2 of my items have arrived broken/damaged, both were intended as gifts which I now cannot give. I believe this is due to insufficient packaging as both items were fragile. There was nothing packed with them for protection. I now have 2 unusable items which I spent quite a bit on. I look forward to hearing how this will be resolved.”
