“My boxes keep being late and all I get each time is a scripted email sent to everyone, it’s a tad annoying when you pay on the first of the month but you don’t get anything until the end of the month”

Hello Georgia, Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. I'm really sorry for the issues we have had recently with the boxes being delayed. I can assure you that we are doing everything we can to try and avoid these issues. I know that it may not always seem this way from the outside but I can assure you it is the case. The last thing we want is for your shipments to be delayed. Due to our subscriber numbers, we aren't able to reach out to each customer personally but that is why we have started making the informative emails that we send out to customers if there is ever an issue. “Wanted to give this as a gift! Lovely box but postage stickers all over it, so makes gifting impossible. Poor decision by company!!”

“We were disappointed. What we received wasn’t great and has remained in the box. Glad we didn’t pay anymore! £20.00 rrp seems a lot for a little. weekly planner pad, 3 marker pens, pack of stickers and a mini calendar.”

“I ordered a Papergang Mystery Box after seeing it featured on the ‘This Morning’ TV programme. Unfortunately the box I received didn’t contain any of the items featured in the TV article. I assumed it would, an oversight on my part perhaps. I specifically wanted the rubber imprint stamp that was featured in the TV article. I’m very disappointed this wasn’t included in my order. A lesson learned I guess!”
