“Ordered wrapping paper and greetings cards, but they arrived too late for their purpose. Took 7 days to arrive, despite the 48 hour Royal Mail postage.”

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the delivery time of your order, which was dispatched on September 1st on a Standard delivery service, as selected by yourself. A Standard delivery service has an estimated delivery timeframe of 3-5 working days. As your order was delivered on September 7th, this was 5 working days from the date of dispatch. “Loved most of the things that I ordered however one of the cards was the wrong one, and I had ordered it particularly so was disappointed with that! Shouldn’t complain as it was so cheap but now need to find another x”

“Really nice selection of art materials. Excellent quality overall, my A4 300gsm pad arrived a bit bent at the bottom but all other products were in great condition. Got some items in the sale so I got great value for money.”

“I tend to like Ohh Deer for things, and make periodic large orders, but what annoys me is if they’re out of stock of something, there’s no option to double up on something else before they ship it, it just gets refunded. For instance, when placing an order I don’t want to pay for shipping twice as it’s expensive, so I ordered six gift bags - thinking I was covered. Then three were out of stock, so they just shipped the three I ordered, with my other items. Now, I’m three down (I have mobility issues, it’s hard to go shopping all the time so getting things delivered is the best way for me to organise Christmas, birthdays etc.) What I would have rathered is someone to say to me - ‘sorry we didn’t realise we’re out of stock of this, but do you want us to just double up your other similar item or replace with something else instead?’ Because now it means I’ll have to do another order and pay shipping. And the fault is with the inventory side, so it’s frustrating, and they only tell you once the order is shipped, a way after placing it. The items are great, but the prices seem to change a fair amount, and the general inventory part is frustrating.”
