“I ordered a poster and some sticky notes. The order was confirmed and said to be dispatched but then I suddenly got an email saying that the poster wasn't available anymore... They gave me my money back, but the poster was the main reason I ordered something, so it sucked.”

“Product quality is top notch, I love the designs. My only downside was postage did take a bit longer than anticipated with part of my order being refunded.”

“Superb customer service. My initial order had a small error in that the wrong type of craft paper was sent. The team sorted out for a replacement to be sent with no fuss, was very impressed.”

“I do love the variety of the monthly boxes. I bought the 5 mystery boxes and my only complaint is that 4 of them didn't have the accompany leaflet about the artists”

“Quick service and the delivered item is lovely, but part of my order had to be cancelled as it was out of stock but not shown as such on the website. Refund was received, so overall not too bad service, just keep stock info up to date!”
