“Amazing customer service- one plant pot arrived broken and was sent 3 replacements which arrived very promptly (with extra wrapping and free sweets!!). Products are always quality!”

“Absolutely thrilled with my Garden tote surprise box, I saved it as a Birthday gift for myself - TODAY! And everything in it was so lovely. The packaging is all beautifully decorated and paper and cradboard. Had a few shops from Oh Dear recently and always very happy with my purchases.”

“I was blown away by this experience. I had previously ordered only once and even that was stellar but this time I ordered from a sale and a big package came to my door. True, it took a while for it to arrive but the packaging was perfect, NOTHING was damaged in the slightest, all came in perfect form, which was very important, as many of the items ordered are meant to be gifts.”
