“Nice selection of items but the jewellery item came with an empty bag where the chain should be that matches the pendant. Would recommend checking items before they are sent out as I can’t give that as a gift”

“It's not really Ohh Deer's fault but I haven't received my order. It was despatched on the 19th, it's now the 28th. I understand it's a Second Class service and there was one day of strikes but I thought it would have arrived by now. It's a shame that I don't think it will arrive in time. I contacted Customer Services a couple of days ago but they just suggested waiting longer as there is no tracking available.”

“The diary was just what I wanted as I have the same format for this year and its so useful. Dispatch by Ohh Deer was quick after placing the order but standard postal delivery was slow because of postal strikes. This was not Ohh Deers fault. Unable to track package on standard delivery.”

“I have ordered before and being so happy but this order is a nightmare! Partial refunds due to out of stock, currently NO delivery even though it’s been a week and I’m going to miss delivery as I’m leaving my address. Not happy.”

“Well packaged and delivered really promptly, even with all the strikes. Sustainable packaging used and I also love that Ohh Deer boxes always have designs on them. I belatedly remembered that there is a loyalty scheme now too! (although I'm not sure if that's with just with Papergang.)”
