“Bought 2 cards & sadly whilst beautifully made & of good quality, one of them was ruined by the seal on the side as after removal it had left a visible stain. Such a shame. I didn’t have time to return & request a replacement either as was for an occasion.”

Hello Vanessa, Thank you for taking the time to send over your review. I'm very sorry for the disappointment caused by the wait for your order. As the order was dispatched on the 13th we would normally expect it to have arrived by now. However, we have been seeing delays with Royal Mail due to their current strikes. “Love love love Ohh Deer and the products we got. We had item arrive damaged but their customer service team were amazing and got it sorted immediately, were so apologetic and sent me a complete set of pots even though not all were broken. I always think you can tell a lot about a business by what happens when things go wrong and I've been super impressed. The art materials and stationery are amazing. I've purchased things for me and had lots of lovely comments about them and also gift to people who have been thrilled. Thanks Ohh Deer - you're awesome!”

Hello Kirsten, We're very sorry for the delay with your order. I have checked the tracking today and can see that the order did arrive yesterday, after being dispatched on the 11th.
