“I absolutely love you guys! The super value tote is packed with goodies. The outer box was crushed and slightly torn when I collected it, but everything inside was fine. The only thing missing was scissors - I love scissors! Suse x”

“Two of the items I received in my order were faulty, which was disappointing. However, the customer service team were really polite, helpful, and prompt in responding and sent out replacements the next day. Very happy!”

“The parcel was unsealed when I collected it from a local parcel pick-up point. They confirmed it had been unsealed on delivery to them. The contents all appear to be present (difficult to know as one item had "mystery" contents, so I'm unsure if anything could be missing). Like the items very much, disappointed with the service.”

We would never send a parcel out from our warehouse in this condition, so it is very concerning to hear that you were told this was the case by your local parcel pick-up point. “My order was incomplete. I tried to send an email to your help email address but I have just seen that it bounced back. I ordered 2 Pom Pom kits and only received one.”

At the time of purchase you had selected Standard service for your order delivery, this would be the Second class service rather than the alternative of Express 1st class or Next Day that we do offer. “Ohh deer, thats what I thought when I opened my mystery cards....they are were all designed for the lockdown. what use are they to me. The mystery tote was an equal disapointment, all mismatched and naff unsold leftovers. I feel ripped off. would I recommend the mystery boxes no way, no worth at all”

“I purchased and received a bulk order of greetings cards. Most of them were fine, although a little on the small side, but there were a few that were just unusable - not very pleasant images and words. So overall I think they are good value for the price paid, but definitely not pleased about the few that I could not use. I would not buy again for that reason and the size of the cards was generally too small for my taste. But for anyone looking to save money they are still good value.”
