“The parcel was ripped when it arrived it was raining and the diary could have fallen out in transit, it should have been wrapped in plastic”

“Good are excellent but Packaging needs to be better. sent in a brown envelope that was damaged when it was delivered which meant that the planner was damaged as well. Good job I hadn't bought it as a gift as I wouldn't have been able gift it. If I had ordered pens or pencils they would have fallen out of the packaging due to the damage. Needs to re think the packaging. Needs to do better”

“Great concept & fab designs, and I love getting them each month, they are beautiful. However the execution when it comes to creating physical product let’s it down. The product quality is style over substance; the sticky notes hardly stick, gel pens are often intermittent, leak or ‘blob’ etc, but their ‘paper’ products e.g, notebooks, planners, art prints etc are fantastic quality, although the other issues with the other products are consistent issues. I have cancelled my subscription based on this as I’m having to throw out items consistently.”
