We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

At the moment, the UK has been severely effected by the strike action in place by carrier Royal Mail, which is sadly causing delays across the country. “Overall good quality but the cards were a little bent as it was the width of the packaging, nothing to harmful but did annoy me a little.”

“Delivery time was a little bit longer than expected due to royal mail strike actions, but team responded very quickly about estimated delivery time. Great cap with design by Gemma Correll, although cap itself is made in China which is a bit of a shame (to be expected for the price though!).”

“These items arrived more than two weeks after I ordered them, and were therefore a complete waste as the serious delay meant I had to purchase cards in a shop so as not to miss the cut off for delivery. Unfortunately I will not be using this service again, as even with the Royal Mail strikes this delay is unforgivable.”

Unfortunately Royal Mail have been on strike for 4 working days since the dispatch of your parcel which sadly has caused delays on the UK postal system alongside the big Christmas rush. We do offer FedEx next day service option and would always recommend choosing a tracked option like this over second class untracked if you are looking to receive for a specific date. if you need to get in touch for anything at all our team are available via help@ohhdeer.com, we'd be happy to assist. “My niece still hasn’t received her birthday present! Royal Mail notification tells me it hasn’t been delivered yet and has a pending status. We are now 17 days since order made! I know it’s not your fault but I am sad for my niece! So, no review yet. Becky”

“Fantastic consumer experience from start to finish! Ordered Sunday night and was with me by Tuesday morning! Communication was great with notifications at each stage so I was fully aware it had been received, processed and despatched. “I ordered 3 Christmas cards from you that still haven't been delivered 2 weeks later. It's now 19th December and too late for me to post them on to the recipients. Really poor service. I know the Postal strikes have caused problems but why didn't you use an alternative courier?”

We do offer FedEx next day service for our UK customers as well, however this must be selected at checkout when you place your order, at this time you have selected Royal Mail 2nd class untracked.
