“I had to reschedule my booking as my daughter ended up in hospital. Off-peak could not have been more helpful, professional and kind. Don't always have that and at a difficult time it made things so much easier without having to worry about losing money for our much looked forward to family treat together. Thank you to Mary and Paula in particular. Marvellous ladies.”

“I telephoned to make the booking and spoke to a very pleasant lady. She was informative and promised to ring me back the following day with the information I required. This she did and I was able to book without any problem. The confirmation emails were sent without delay.”
