“The offer was very good value - I couldn't find a better one for that cost. The response was very quickly and the team went to extra effort to make sure we could make a reservation for our preferred date. A follow up email enquiry was answered very promptly.”

“I had a bit of trouble using the booking website. Rang and spoke to a lovely lady who was both efficient, personable and kind! Booked everything for me which was confirmed by e mail without delay. Felt very reassured as the booking was for my partners birthday and I wanted it to be special. I also have specific dietary requirements both of which were noted on the booking! Well done!”

“Booking process went smoothly, except for some confusion regarding evening meal, which was 'included' in our offer, though our acceptance e-mail stated that we would need to 'book' it. We found this rather confusing.”

Thank you for your comments. When your booking was made confirmation was sent asking you to contact us to advise your preferred dining time as this enables us to reserve you a table. This is not normally necessary when making a booking by phone as it would already have been carried out by our reservations team. Depending on your package inclusions we also recommend that you book spa treatments, in order to avoid any disappointment, and advise your preference between afternoon tea and Champagne when applicable. We want to do all we can to ensure you have a relaxing stay.

I am delighted to hear that you found the member of staff very helpful however sorry you felt the website was inaccurate. The hotel you initially enquired about has a 2 night minimum stay on a Saturday which unfortunately due to an unusual system error was showing available for 1 night. I am sorry this caused confusion and am pleased to see that you found a suitable alternative.

Thank you for your comments. We have various search options available on our website, one of which is shown at the top of our home page under "Browse all hotels". This brings up a list of all our hotels, together with the region in which they are located, and then further details can be accessed by clicking on the hotel name. An alternative is our "Advanced search" button which is on the right hand side of our home page. This can be used when you know the hotel name and is also ideal when you are unsure as to where to stay. You can select various options including the location, facilities, maximum budget and the arrival date. Our reservations team is always happy to help and they are available 7 days a week till 10pm by phone and email. I hope you have an enjoyable stay.
