Ordered days before last Xmas delivery date sent with dpd local been stuck at one of dpds depots for days now no explanation or anything no chance of coming in time for Xmas spoke to official hoverboards and they just keep saying it will be here but there’s no way it’s just stalling tactics they’ve taken the money for an order that they have not fulfilled so unable to get anything else Christmas ruined not happy!!!!!!!!!!
