I ordered in November then the day of delivery they told me they was out of stock did I want a replacement I said yes then nothing from them I kept emailing and emailing and nothing then finally when I got in touch then hadn't even processed a replacement then again I heard nothing back finally it showed up just before Xmas eve but I ordered it started of November and it said 5 days it would have been here. Customer service wasn't great at communicating with me. I will say though when it finally came I got the hummer board with go kart it's amazing and made my little girls Xmas. So thank you.
