“Bought all indoor and terrain hoveboards for our girls from them and the service has been exceptional and prices are very competitive. Delivery usually happen within days of ordering. One of the mudflaps of the hoveboards arrived broken, Alex one of their CSM arranged a speedy exchange free of charge. Thumbs up!”

“Wonderful hoverboard, but kart attachment has damaged the paint, and unfortunately I am not pleased with the customer service remedy. They have supplied 2 additional foam pads to put on the kart. This has done nothing as the damage is being caused by the seat mount, not the fixing points. I would purchase the hoverboard again but not the Kart..”

“We received a hoverboard, it did not work, kept going round in circles, made banging noise, kept stopping. No help from the company, they do not answer their telephone or answer emails, I think they are a disgraceful company. We have a very disappointing grandson. Who does not understand why he cannot be sent a replacement We have been in touch with trading standards, who have told us what to do and that the law is on our side. This should not be necessary, a good company should have sorted this out,”
