We received a hoverboard, it did not work, kept going round in circles, made banging noise, kept stopping. No help from the company, they do not answer their telephone or answer emails, I think they are a disgraceful company. We have a very disappointing grandson. Who does not understand why he cannot be sent a replacement
We have been in touch with trading standards, who have told us what to do and that the law is on our side. This should not be necessary, a good company should have sorted this out,
