“I ordered a hoverboard and kart bundle in the sale for Christmas for my son, the company Guaranteed Christmas delivery but I received an email saying unfortunately the item I had ordered had been stuck at the port, i was extremely impressed with the customer service who resolved the problem for me by sending me an upgraded hoverboard at no extra cost to myself and was delivered the next day with plenty of time before Christmas. For me I believe this customer service is outstanding as I know many other companies would have just offered me a refund leaving me having to find a replacement kart at short notice before Christmas.I would highly recommend using this company and will definitely be purchasing from them again.”
