“I was reading some reviews of people having issues with delivery. Because I live in Northern Ireland I was worried and expected a bit of a delay on my order, but I received it in a few days of ordering which was fantastic! Great service, great products and fast delivery. I will defo use this website again and I have already recommended to friends!”

“Recently bought a t-shirt and selected to pick it up rather than be sent by accident. They said they would send it free of charge this one time but I was willing to pay obviously but that was very good of them. Anyway t shirt arrived and it was too small because I’m too fat. Sent back on Thursday dinner time and emailed on Friday afternoon to say I’d been refunded. No hassle, no hanging on to your money or any of the nonsense you get from Flannels. Genuine review this, it’s good customer service and I’ll continue to look on the site first over anywhere else. Thanks.”
