“Ordered earnings over a week ago for next day delivery it is a birthday present for tomorrow and I am constantly getting blanked on email and social media Instagram . It’s actually a nightmare to get a reply I have been acknowledged on both but no result from either queries.”

“If I could give less than 1 star I would. After I ordered an item which was in stock online the next day it was cancelled because it wasn’t in stock in store. Now I’m having to wait a week for my money back. Then I emailed the company quite a long message to let them know I was disappointed and all they said was we’re sorry kind regards. Save your money. Don’t buy from here!!”

“Terrible. First of all Klarna didn’t work Secondly there phone doesn’t work, give it a try call them and see if they respond. Thirdly, i ordered an item with next day delivery and it’s been 3 days and it’s not even dispatched yet and it seems like i am not going to recieve it. I have filed a claim with Paypal to get my money back. No way to contact them as they don’t even respond on their messenger. I will be posting this everywhere. Terrible Service”

“I’ve return my item due the size being too small and emailed them 3 times to find out what is the progress or have they received my item but no response. I am still waiting to hear have they received the return. I will update the page if this gets sorted”

“Joke firm, item sweatpants advertised as reduced so i bought the matching sweatshirt for it elsewhere and had a set sorted. To be refunded because they never had in stock in the first place, now stuck with a sweatshirt so i have had to pay over the odds to get these sweatpants because these dropped a bollock”
