“I paid £4.95 for next delivery, the product wasn't sent till 9 days later when I returned home from holiday. It was only sent after I sent a prompt to you guys, you never responded, you didn't return my delivery money. Pretty poor service.”

“I am a little disappointed that I have not yet had a reply to my last email regarding returning a pair of Dsquared trainers which are the wrong size ( which has resulted in me having to purchase another pair - and I would still like to return the others size 7 Regards Darren Jones”

“Recently bought a watch and didn’t read the delivery properly.It was supposed to be click and collect as I live 2 1/2 hrs away a long drive . With a quick email sent they called me within 24hrs and it was delivered the very next day !! Excellent customer service 😁”
