“I purchased a charm from Thomas Sabo. The member of staff was knowledgeable about the range. Both members of staff were extremely friendly, we had a constant chat throughout my time in store and I had a lovely shopping experience.”

“I have no idea of the quality of the item as it is still with the incredibly unreliable Parcel Force. The delivery has been scheduled for the last 4 days, each day it appears to be on course on the map, then it is suddenly returned to depot as a failed delivery, I have rung them twice and told them I have a camera which can prove the elusive Jason has no attempted delivery, but cannot see me buying from this site again as the delivery is so bad”
