“I received my pack of 180 tablets of chlorella and found the product to be very good indeed. The cost of postage which would normally make the purchase less attractive was mitigated by your ten percent discount (First time buyers only). This is why I wrote to you explaining my dilemma about reordering from you given the above policy.”

“It is actually really tasty. I used with unsweetened almond milk, half a banana and some cinnamon. And it made a great breakfast. Quite filling. Looked a strange colour, not like the pics but don't let that deceive you, it does taste better than it looks. It's not cheap but they do have offers every so often. Definitely worth a try, in my case instead of keep reaching for more calorific snacks”

“Overcharged for delivery, package arrived almost a week late even though I have cancelled the order. Refund was apparently issued on 28th April but still don't have my money back. Would never purchase again. Poor customer service. Keep receiving the same email over and over so now had no other option but to make an official complaint as I just want my money back. Would definately not recommend.”

“I'm content with the product itself and the amount of time it took to arrive. However, when I emailed with a query, I did not receive a response within the stated 24hrs. In fact, it took a few days for you to get back to me. This would not have been an issue IF you did not specifically state you return emails within 24hrs. Also it's super annoying you have my name the wrong way round! My first name is Fatima, last name Mahmood. Lastly, it would be great if you could add some uses of products on their packaging; for instance, I ordered bentonite clay, the package does not give me any recommendations of use. I understand generally people order things they already know how to consume or use, but I'm new to this and would have really liked to have had some information with regards to different uses as well as recommended quantity of use. Thank you.”
