“i loved how it is packaged and delivered. it came on time and is well sealed. The raw nuts i've purchased is really nice and the it is worth the money. i would definitely love to purchase from nutriseed in the future and would recommend my friends to purchase them as well!”

“Very hungry. Violent headaches had to stop on day 2 as I felt so unwell. Not a good use of £60. I have done homemade juice fasts before using greater quantities of juice with no ill effect.”

“I bought raspberry powder, maca root capsules and turmeric capsules and can quite honestly say these are great quality products. I had heard of the great benefits of all three items and particularly wanted to try out turmeric for anti-inflammatory purposes. I believe this has helped reduce my symptoms, my belief is the capsules are of good quality and potency so great value. I will most definitely be putting in another order. Oh by the way the raspberry powder is great with almond milk in a lovely milkshake. Great way to start the day xx”

“One of my worst experiences. The juices just taste so so bad. They need more fruit content to improve the overall taste. I ended up downing each one, even then it was a real challenge. The mid morning one with cayenne pepper was truly awful, it left a horrible acidic taste and because you have nothing else to eat you taste it for hours. I did mine whilst working and it was awful, I had really bad headaches from day 2, even after drinking lots of water. The lunchtime & mid afternoon juices tasted like dirt and grass, you could really tell that they had a lot of root vegetable content. Just add some fruit! Being honest, I did eat something solid on day 2 & and 3, the headaches got so bad that I had to however all in all I did lose weight, roughly 6lbs, but it was one of the worst things that I ever done and will NEVER do it again. No recommendation from me, I'd look at other options.”
