“Cant really give you a good review, didn't like the taste, trying different mixes so only had for a week. Leaving a nasty taste in my mouth. If you like the taste I'm sure it's great, but not for me. Sorry.”

“I was a bit sceptical about Nutriseed but was proved wrong. I love it. I have a shake in a morning with banana, spinach and almond milk and it keeps me going through my HIT work out straight through to lunch time. I feel amazing both physically and mentally. Wouldn’t be without it now as part of my daily routine”

“Purchased a seed mix but 40% of it is whole flaxseed which the body cant properly absorb. Also purchased porridge but instruction says mix with milk and warm up which is not accurate as making porridge is not warming it up. So overall not too happy”

“Very pleased with Superfoods im only on the second week and have alreasy lost 8lbs, feeling full of energy and looking forward to trying other products from Nutriseed. The smoothies are great and so easy to have for breakfast or lunch or both. Would recommnend.”
