“I ordered 10 kgs of dates and they were received in bags of 1kg each. I have not opened them all but 5 bags already of dates have tasted very strange and chemically. I could not eat them at all. And had to throw them away. I was very sad and disappointed with my order. I am hoping to get a replacement of dates please or at least a partial refund. They look fine, just taste very strange. The other bags were completely fine however and good quality and very enjoyable. It was a shame about the bad ones I received.”

“I will be starting my detox next week, however I didn't find the delivery process very good. Half of my raw juices were all defrosted, in fact they weren't even cold. When I rang customer services - they said that was fine and seemed keen to get me off the phone. Not the greatest first experience!”

“Dear lovely nutriseed I know its good for me and its meant to be delicious... but I absolutely do not like the taste of this powder! Oh dear ...love bananas and fruit greek yoghurt and even fresh berries.. but it just is not to my taste at all! So I am giving it to my son who is likely to love it!! Glad I tried it! x”

“The products are great, very swift delivery, and kept updated on progress of order - the only very minor gripe (and my reason for a 4-star not 5-star rating) is that the fastenings on the packaging don't work very well, so the packages keep opening at the top. I'd rather not decant the contents because of the risk of spillage (they are not cheap!), so I hope Nutriseed will improve this in the future.”

“I just don't like the taste, the closest thing I can compare it to is clay! I really like the purition ones (sorry, not trying to be rude, just being honest). I am really disappointed and I have unopened bags plus some remaining in the opened bag. Any chance of a refund? Best wishes,”

“Sadly nutriseed customer service has rapidly declined with the rise in customers :( Still waiting 20 days later for my agreed and promised refund for less than acceptable goods. You've fobbed me off every other day insisting you are refunding. Thankfully I paid using credit card and now have a chargeback claim against you. You've ignored requests from PayPal to resolve too I really didn't want to shame nutriseed on social media but don't understand why they won't refund. This is a loyal customer lost :(”
