“Ordered on the 23rd, arrived on the 7th. I appreciate there may be a Christmas break and could have timed my order better, but I feel it was still rather a long time to wait. Also whilst the packaging is lovely I felt using a box plus paper straw was a bit of a waste. Would certainly order again though”

We normally dispatch all orders same day ( when placed before 3pm) however as mentioned on our website our last shipping date for 2015 was the 18th December hence a later than usual arrival date. We take great care and pride in carefully packing all of our orders and add the extra paper straw to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition to your door.
