Given 2 stars rather than 1 as partly my fault for not analysing the ingredients list and nutrition thouroughly but their marketing and packaging on their juice cleanse is very misrepresentational of the actual product. Descriptions list ingredients out of order making you assume a much higher veg content but these are basically fruit juices with a hint of veg. For instance the queen of california depicts a green bottle with a picture of a broccoli on, and lists the ingredients in this order: Broccoli, Romaine Lettuce, Celery, Pear, Chia Seeds, Cucumber. Making you assume their will just be a small amount of pear to sweeten but on arrival and checking the labelling properly, the ingredients listed properly are : Pears (51%), Cucumber (15%), Celery (15%), Broccoli (10%), Romaine Lettuce (8%), Chia Seeds (

Great product, terrible packaging. The seal is incredibly difficult to close which not only affects the products freshness but makes for an impossible mess. I put the Nutriseed Spirulina in my rucksack and it nearly ruined my bag and laptop. It took an hour to clean up the mess. It is a difficult seal to close and very hard to tell if its actually closed. Needless to say I'm very dissatisfied.

Firstly, I want to say that I love the Nutriseed Total Superfood and use it daily. So, with that in mind a couple of us, excitedly, ordered the 5 day juice cleanse. Unfortunately we were underwhelmed by these products! Did we lose weight?..Yes, an average of 4lbs each after the five days. Were we less bloated?...Yes. So why underwhelmed you may ask. As someone with an active lifestyle...I walk between 5-8 miles per day, I feel that any restricted calorie diet I had done would have given the same, if not better results. Also, we were astounded by the amount of sugar these juices contain. Regardless of whether it’s fructose or sucrose, it’s sugar. 63 grams in total for one day. Which equates to nearly 16 teaspoons. The NHS guidelines for daily consumption of sugar is 25g for a woman equating to 6tsps. Juice number 4 has 20.75g. That’s nearly a whole days sugar recommendation. Juices 3 and 5 have roughly 17.5g each. This amount of sugar will cause blood sugar levels to rise, and insulin spikes which then in turn cause the body to lay down fat. Admittedly there are lots of good ingredients in these juices, but We could not recommend them with the sugar levels being this high. Disappointed customers.

I was looking for a source of pure or almost pure stevia, not the usual mixes where stevia is often a minority component. Your raw stevia powder seemed to meet this requirement but proved to have two issues. Firstly, it tasted like sweet green tea, which is not what I want with coffee, porridge, or juices! Secondly, even in small quantities, it leaves a considerable, almost gritty residue that makes it even more unattractive to the palate. What a disappointment!!

I bought the total superfoods blend, it tastes overwhelmingly of stevia. It was expensive and I'm really disappointed. The porridge is fine, but I wouldn't have bought it unless it was part of package.

No clear advice on how much to use and doesn't mix very well. Tried putting in porridge but too little made no difference and enough to taste turned it into a congealed green blob, a shame.

Well as I ordered and paid on the 13th February and it is now the 27th and still no delivery not at all impressed, dpd obviously have lost the order and I would have thought the least Nutriseed could do was get me a one day delivery but here we are and still no order!

Your web site is not good enough... we wanted to review your entire range and it sometimes highlights an item but doesn't at other times..Gave up ordering... too hard to find what I was looking for...also wanted to peruse everything... but gave up after a few times of trying... Product I did order was fine but further orders have gone to a competitor.

I ordered 1kg of Vanilla Protein Powder on 26th Jan. When it arrived there was no label saying it was vanilla flavour so I inquired what should be done. I had an email saying that a replacement would be sent. It didn't arrive until 12th Feb and was exactly the same as the first. I tried 4 times to ring their number and every time was cut off after 5 minutes in the queue, so I have wasted another half an hour this morning and I have better things to do with my time.

I was told the protein I ordered was out of stock only after I placed the order and received a shipping confirmation for the product. And nobody seemed to know when it will be back in stock. I cancelled the order and bought some protein from MyProtein instead, which arrived the next day without even having to pay any delivery fees.

I ordered the delivery to come on the Saturday but it did not arrive, when I queried it they had no answer to why and offered it to be delivered again, but on their terms (normal days they usually deliver), as far as customer service goes I would expect them to go the extra mile to put it right, any way, I agreed to take a delivery on a day that suited them, but again it did not arrive with no explanation as to why, I missed two mornings at work and the replies to emails were slow. I'd expect them to, 1. Go the extra mile to put it right 2. Email quicker to resolve or 3. Ask for a telephone number to sort out, I was only given a number after I cancelled my order. Completely poor customer serive, it could have been put right with better service.

my order was wrong, I ordered Wheatgrass and got Hemp seed, my partner left a message on your phone on the day of delivery, I sent you an email but no response so not happy. understand mistakes happen but to not follow up does annoy me. I was sent the wrong seeds, i emailed them and they said they would send the correct seeds out. They have not bothered

The drinks tasted awful. I managed to do it for 2 days but they tasted so bad by the 3rd day I couldn't keep them down. I was physically sick. The headache I got was horrendous aswell. Will never do this again.

I was full fully committed to the fast. I started the first juice and was pleased that it tasted nice and I was happy to drink it. Juice 2 was horrific. So sour I felt like I was drinking bile. I powered through. By 12 I was so hungry I caved and ate a protein bar. I now had a full on headache. I went about my day not even wanting to train or do any unnecessary movement as I was so uninterested in any exertion. At 2:45pm after looking at juice 3 several times I decided to give it a go. It was so gross I made my husband try it. He promptly flushed the rest down the toilet. Juices 4&5 are still in the fridge. The rest of the three day fast is in the freezer. What a waste of money.
