One of my worst experiences. The juices just taste so so bad. They need more fruit content to improve the overall taste. I ended up downing each one, even then it was a real challenge. The mid morning one with cayenne pepper was truly awful, it left a horrible acidic taste and because you have nothing else to eat you taste it for hours. I did mine whilst working and it was awful, I had really bad headaches from day 2, even after drinking lots of water. The lunchtime & mid afternoon juices tasted like dirt and grass, you could really tell that they had a lot of root vegetable content. Just add some fruit! Being honest, I did eat something solid on day 2 & and 3, the headaches got so bad that I had to however all in all I did lose weight, roughly 6lbs, but it was one of the worst things that I ever done and will NEVER do it again. No recommendation from me, I'd look at other options.

I have just opened one of the sunflower seed bags and found oats and currents/ raisins , so you clearly have made an error with your packaging. On the serious part of this email, my intention was to mix the seeds in with my dogs meal as an added supplement, now dogs can be seriously harmed by raisins and currants, which involves veterinary treatments. I initially thought perhaps the seeds had been crushed it was only when I poured the contents into the dogs bowl did I notice the poisonous fruit in the mixture. I would like you to investigate this serious error and send me out correct replacements. I opened both packets and found the same error. This certainly questions the integrity of your business, and I am extremely angry and upset given the jeopardy you put my dogs in.

I ordered my 5 day juice cleanse on a Tuesday, selecting the delivery date of the Friday, I was sent an email Thursday night saying that parcel force had left my juices behind, and that the next possible delivery date was the following Tuesday, this was very inconvenient as I planned to juice Monday to Friday, when I called nutriseed were apologetic and promised me a ten pound voucher as a goodwill gesture, however it has been 3 weeks and this never arrived. I am rating 2 stars only because when the juices did arrive, they were good quality, very tasty, and after just a couple of days I felt cleaner, lighter and very energetic, all the results I had hoped for.

First order juices were missing and the second order arrived very late in the day and had defrosted so I couldn't refreeze them what a waste of money very dissapionted will only order again if free juices are sent other wise will return to radiance juices as we order every month and have never had one problem with them in over a year

I have already made a complaint on the phone, my parcel was shipped to the wrong address and I never got it. After a week of waiting i asked for a refund, the customer service was simply ridiculous.

Most the juices had leaked and exploded in the box , cleaned them up and put them in the freezer even whilst I defrosted them my fridge was covered in sticky juice everywhere. Not much information in the leaflet you get so tweeted nutriseed a few times asking for advice while I was on my three day cleanse , not one single response . Although the juices where quiet nice , just off putting when you can't take the juices anywhere with you because your handbag , work desk get covered in leaked juice

I have placed two orders with Nutriseed; the first for cacao butter and powder, and the second for raw cashews. The cacao was satisfactory for my purposes--small-batch chocolate making--though I was concerned to find the product is labeled vaguely as 'raw' with no explanation about what is meant by that label. My understanding of cacao as a chocolatier and raw food consumer is that, because of the processes of fermentation and roasting--both of which are essential steps in cacao processing--beans are heated to a temperature several degrees above the limit for what can be considered raw. There is simply no way around these aspects of processing, and thus almost all chocolate being marketed as raw is deceiving. When I inquired about the particularities of processing with Nutriseed, little explanation was given. However, raw or not, the chocolate did the job! What truly disappointed was the bag of 500 g of cashews that arrived at my door, which I discovered upon opening contained several rancid nuts! So instead of simply grinding them up into butter for fudge making, I had to pick through the bag slowly to remove the off-colored, badly smelling cashews. Despite the product error, I must say, Nutriseed provides good customer service, very speedy delivery, fabulous 'deals', and sends your products in packaging that is both beautiful and compostable. It was a slightly experience to open up the box!

With regard to the Organic Cacao Butter as being listed as raw, indeed the cacao beans used to make the butter are heated, but are heated carefully so not to exceed the 45°C mark for it to be listed as raw. We take the quality of all of our products extremely seriously, and so are surprised to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with your Cashew Nuts. I received the juices within the specified delivery time and put everything into the fridge right away. The carrot juices were fizzy and tasted sour

There is only one juice that I could drink, the others made me wretch, I could not stand the taste, £60+ wasted

I bought the three day juice detox. Unfortunately I did not enjoy the juices. I only drank one day's worth. I just did not enjoy the taste of them. I have gone back to making my own juices.

We wanted you to know that reason that it took longer was because your order was placed at 8.30pm on a Friday, and it quite clearly states on our website that for same day dispatch orders must be placed before 3pm. Nutriseed put a small sachet of powdery substance like a chocolate smell in with my order. There is no label on it to say what it is. I am going to write a letter to Customer Services Manager as I am not happy with the way they do the packaging.

At Nutriseed we provide a special free gift with every order - in the way of a sample of one our favourite products, and it is usually attached to a card that details what it is, some history about it, a recipe to go with it and all relevant nutritionals. It appears that yours must have detached itself from the card in transit (a first for Nutriseed, we might add). Ordering process and communications were good but first order arrived and none of the goods were mine, another order obviously despatched to me in error. Really disappointed as needed ingredients for lunch guests ????

Nutriseed advertises their products as 100% organic, but they are not. I emailed Nutriseed who said they were organic from the Soil Association. I asked the Soil Association who replied "I can confirm that we do not certify Nutriseed". I emailed Nutriseed asking why they advertise their products as 100% organic, when they are not, but have yet to receive a reply.

I would have appreciated some instructions or suggestions on what to do with these white granules. Should I dissolve them? And if so, in what? Mash them? Just eat them? How many at a time? I found the descriptions? written in small spidery writing on brown cardboard difficult to read. The recipe was complex demanding a special shopping trip to get the ingredients, it also sounded rather disgusting.
