“I bought total superfoods and total greens. STUNNING!! I replace in the meantime 3 meals. Not for loosing weight just for 'yummy '. Breakfast is superfoods mixed with milk, buttermilk or whatever I like and some fruit and muesli. As snack for in-between meals I drink the greens also mixed with what I like. BTW I lost in 2 weeks about 5 lb without dieting and the best I feel much better. Less tired more driven. Thanks Nutriseed!!”

“I've having my superfood twice a day In a smoothie. Frozen berries, avocado, banana, mango, cherries and almond or coconut milk, no all at the same time I must add.....mix it up a bit. Over a couple of weeks I've lost 6lbs, brighter skin, sparklier eyes, more energy and no bloat!!! 26.5" waist here I come, not seen those numbers for a couple of years. Be purchasing again, plus more nuts and seeds. Thank you for a great product and service.”
