“Quick delivery. I needed to return though because of size and it is stated that goods must be returned in orginal packaging, the box was huge and cost me nearly £15 to return. The new drysuit came in a small bag which was much better. Quick postage return with new size. Helpful on phone.”

“Swift and accurate delivery, excellent communication. I had chosen the wrong items in a couple of cases, and the return and refund process was easy, again with great communication. I don’t mind paying the return postage when it’s my own choice to return and no fault of the seller. I’d shop here again in a heartbeat.”

“Customer service excellent. After placing an order with the company the item became unavailable. NorthShore Watersports first emailed me but unfortunately I hadn't checked my emails that day and they followed this up with a text explaining the issue. I called them and chose another design which they discounted owing to the issue. It was very good to find a company that I could call directly to resolve the problem. It is so normal now to receive bad customer service so I was very pleased to receive such good customer service on this occassion.”
