“The 'type in your reg number' for compatibility didn't work on the site, service error was being returned. But the service wasn't bad. Was delivered next day (Paid postage)”

“The only little issue I had was that I did not receive a confirmation email for my purchase. This meant me having to contact Driveden to see if the order had gone through. Driveden responded very swiftly and assured me that the order had gone through. This was only a minor issue which I am highlighting as there may be an issue with the email system, or I may have just been unlucky.”

“The company was excellent in both speed of dispatch and the communication re delivery etc. My only criticism was with the product itself where the instructions were poor. This of course has nothing to do with Drive Den who were excellent”

“Very happy with the roof box, although not driven anywhere with it yet. Quality is good, especially for the price. Was not happy with the delivery experience as DriveDen use DX, well known within the industry for providing very poor service. The delivery did not come as per DX's text (Only came after a call from myself) using the excuse they were busy and when the delivery did come, the box was soaking wet and falling apart. It had obviously been left out in the rain, but luckily the roof box was wrapped in plastic.”
