“I am what can best be described as an awkward customer. Driveden have been brilliant. Their website is easy to use, great user journey, good advice and easy checkout. I made a mistake measuring up for the roof box, ordered it too late and they have given what can best be described as perfect customer service. They have excellent advice (which I did not listen to), they dispatched what I wanted very quickly and they have been extremely patient while I have rectified my error. If you are looking for the right site to buy car travel accessories, with very competitive prices (better than Halfords by a country mile), then DriveDen is the answer.”

I felt confident that what I was ordering was going to fit, which it did. “After trying Halfords and Skoda themselves I happened to stumble across DriveDen looking for roof bars and bike carriers. I was impressed with the selection they had to choose from (as the other 2 mentioned either didn't have a suitable combination or it was a take it or leave it option). I was able to have a look at the options on DriveDen and email for advice on what I thought would be suitable for my needs and they responded very quickly to confirm the bars and carriers I had identified were compatible with each other and with my vehicle.
