We are always contactable to provide assistance with installation and would always encourage contact before leaving a review. We have sold a lot of these sets for your vehicle without incident so know them to be a correct fit, Can we start by taking your vehicle reg and any pictures that you can provide of the bars on your vehicle roof so that we can ascertain what has happened. If you can also provide a brief description of what the issue is that would be most helpful. “Ordered some rubber floor mats for Astra estate I purchased as a cheap run around. I always but OEM mats but didn’t want to spend £80 so found some on DriveDem that looked ok for £37. Arrived in good time despite in been Christmas and they fitted perfectly using the original clip fittings used on the previous carpet mats. Very good service and will use again.”

“Very happy with my purchase and the goods were despatched the day after I placed the order, but the delivery service from Yodel leaves a lot to be deseired and this would put me of from ordering further goods if Yodel was the courier ,I would have given 5 stars but for the delivery service and therefore have only give 4”
