Apologies but the courier has pictures of this delivered into your porch. We are currently investigating this with the courier as it was likely removed from your property.

Hi. Sorry to hear of the delay to your order. Unfortunately, to use an alternative courier would have resulted in an extra charge which you did not select at checkout. Also, most couriers are experiencing delays as a result of the Royal mail strikes during the Christmas period.
