“I was looking for some Roof Bars for my Honda Civic Estate and found DriveDen on Google. I put in my Registration and Driveden stated on the products what would fit my Car, which was really helpful. The product came packaged very well a few days later and i was able to follow the instructions very well. The product was easy to fit and took me just under an hour. There was a minor issue/fualt with a rubber strip that covers the gap at the bottom of one of the Roof Bars. I reported this to Customer Services to find out if this was needed and if it was, if it could be replaces. Customer Service was amazing and sent a replacement part out the next day. I fully recomend Driveden, they have great affordable products that perform well.”

“My experience with DriveDen was absolutely appalling and most likely will never attempt to buy from you again. After placing an order for roof bars with over 10day wait I chased to find my order had been lost, with my order being for a specific date I wasn't best pleased, guenteed that I would still get them for the date required I chased again the following date only to be told that some items was now out of stock. So I cancelled the order got a refund and order from a competitor of yours and they arrived next day! Very poor service”

Hi Ian. Again, really sorry for your experience with us. Please bare in mind that this was an error on behalf of our courier and was not lost but sent to the wrong address. We are currently attempting to retrieve this. Sorry we did not have the stock to immediately replace your order but we did offer an immediate refund and our sincerest apologies! “The boot liner arrived on time it appears to fit at top of the boot against the back seats however it appears bigger at other end of tailgate door as the flap at one end has to be folded up at either end my preference being against the the cover where the jack and brace is kept in the Honda hrv 2018”
