“Found this company ok but could strive to be better as placed an order for roof bars unfortunately order delivered to Glasgow when I live in England wrong postcode entered don't know how but biggest problem is there courier they use drive den were excellent in rectifying the correct post code but courier company nothing but blatant lies to myself and to yourself would like to see you here an option for customers to pick delivery ie post office delivery as their choice of delivery and at their own costs will be placing an order for the roof bars at a later date”

Sorry to hear this. Your original order was posted to the address you provided in the checkout. Unfortunately this included an incorrect postcode, and the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. We were able to get this parcel recovered at our cost and delivered to you.

Other companies wanted me to pick what components would make up my roof bars ( how would I know that! ) the kit confirmed as the right one and ordered was delivered super fast and was very simple to build and fit to my vehicle.
