“Staff they send it gone missing, you take it with them I have to leave my bike behind because of roof rack gone missing, no just that but courier said signs by me? Please send me proof I did sign for this.”

Apologies but the courier has pictures of this delivered into your porch. We are currently investigating this with the courier as it was likely removed from your property.
