“The website was helpful in the selection of the correct roof bars at a reasonable price. I do feel that as I live in the Scottish Highlands I have been discriminated against by the additional £9.99 for delivery.”

“I placed an order for aero bars and bike rack. Placed the order Friday, they came Tuesday. Excellent service. Noticed that the bike rack was for quick release, emailed to order through axel, came next day without charge. So great service.”

“I made an enquiry about fitting a Farad roof rack to a BMW X6 2013 (no roof rails) and how it would cope with the sloping roof - DriveDen sent info at 2100 the same evening. After buying the car I ordered the roof rack - arrived in 2 days. Rated for a 100kg load, it took a couple of hours to adjust them to fit correctly but they are strong enough to carry 2 x 5.5 metre long class A ladders weighing 60 kgs..”

“Skoda yeti roof bars, good and solid once installed, but the instructions supplied l In the box were rubbish and the plastic clamp covers would only fit before you installed the bars so didn't work and couldn't be fitted, because you have to tighten up the clamps first. Also because of the above, it took me 2 hours to put it all together”

Hi. Sorry to hear of your issues installing the bars. We can confirm that the covers can indeed be fitted once the bars are installed on your vehicle, they just need to be applied at the correct angle. Please note that we are available via email 7 days a week to offer any advice on fitting.
