“I recently ordered BMW 4-series rubber mats and it came with very poor quality and used marks where there a clear tear and wear signs! I immediately requested to return as I had to do so, but unfortunately never found response! Very disappointed šŸ˜ž Not recommended...”

Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with this product. We can assure you that this item is brand new and has not been opened or used in any way. Sometimes, there can be a slight residue as a result of the manufacturing process but this is easily removed. These are also one of our best reviewed, premium mat sets so I can only assume that you have a faulty set. We have emailed you to arrange an exchange or refund. Please check your spam folder.
