“I needed to obtain some Thule roof rack parts to fit a new car and required them within 3 days as we were due to leave for a holiday. I found Driveden had the parts and placed an order but due to a glitch (my end I think) I never received a confirmation email that the order had been received. I contacted the Driveden customer service team who quickly set my mind at ease and confirmed the order was being processed and also the despatch date and method. Two days later I had the parts as promised. Great service!”
