“Out of ten I would score them eleven. Intial impressions were excellent - processing/shipping/delivery couldn't be better. Product was just the what I wanted and looks very well engineered. There was one glitch - minor damage (I could have lived with it) in transit which was addressed and remedied immediately. Excellent customer service.”
