“Checked before ordering if a boot liner would fit my car and sent many photos of the boot for the avoidance of doubt. They confirmed it was but when it arrived the shape and size is wrong. It's too big for one thing. Hugely disappointed after taking steps beforehand to make sure it was the right one.”

Really sorry to hear this! This should have been a complete 100% fit. Please send us pictures of the boot both with and without the liner along with your vehicle reg so that we can get this resolved asap for you.

“Do your research first as nowhere to go/see what the products are like before purchase bar Thule, but ordering was easy - delivery so fast it even beats Amazon Prime but the only let down is spares ... I wanted 2 extra rubber pieces but ... it is not shown in the listing and after email contactm ... they cfm they have them but rarely in stock... so keep asking. That is why only a 4 - sorry”

“impressed with quality of material used, impressed with speed of delivery & packaing & price, but unfortunately the boot liner was just slightly oversized for my 1 series bmw! annoyingly just by a cm or so, but it makes a slight lump/bulge appear in the middle of the mat! too much hassle to return, so decided to live with it. Frustrating, as these are specifically cut for specified model.”
