“Received the roof bars later than next day delivery which felt unfair purchasing next day delivery, furthermore the roof bars themselves do not fit/ suit the car even though it recommended them”

Hi Scott. Unfortunmately you had missed the advertised next day cut off time. We can see that you did receive the item on the next working day following this however. Please provide us with further info as to why the bars are not fitting including your vehciel reg as you may have chosen the wrong fitting type. Kind regards.

“All good, ordered roof bars, was able to track and took 3/4 Days to arrive. Instructions not the clearest but had them fitted in 90 minutes or so. Used for the first time Today well up to the job.”

“Great product, fits space, looks good and feels durable. Comes rolled up with the top face inside. This results in the edges curling up initially when fitted. Would be better to roll up the opposite way to prevent edges curling up when fitting.”
