“The roof rods are very good quality and fit my BMW Gran Coupe as described and were a very competitive price compared to BMW One irritation ( not with your company ) was that the product was sent from Eastleigh by Yodel to Gloucester and then via Hatfield I live 20 minutes from Eastleigh !! Realise this is no reflection on the quality of the goods but surely Yodel can provide a more direct delivery particularly as their depot is in Southampton”
